Refund policy

BlessingsTray, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want every shopper to feel confident when purchasing dresses, bottoms, activewear, swimwear, outerwear, kids’ clothing, and everyday fashion essentials from our online store.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and parts included.

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear, intimate items, and final sale products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return request, please contact us at traymap3@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from BlessingsTray.
