Shipping policy

BlessingsTray, we aim to process and deliver your fashion orders as quickly and safely as possible. We want every customer to enjoy a smooth shopping experience from checkout to delivery.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier service, product availability, order volume, weather conditions, and unexpected delays. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. BlessingsTray is not responsible for delayed, returned, lost, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Once your order is shipped, tracking information may be provided where available. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by BlessingsTray.
